Fresh items, including our imported Arabic fruits, African fruits, Asian fruits, European fruits, and American fruits, cannot be returned once delivered. Similarly, fresh Asian vegetables, local vegetables, and regional Arabic vegetables are non-returnable. If your fresh produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please take a clear photo and contact our customer care team within twenty-four hours of delivery to initiate a full refund or replacement.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">For our packaged and shelf-stable products, we offer a flexible return window. If you are unsatisfied with your selection of artisan biscuits, traditional Maamoul, or premium packaged local dates and Arabic dates, you can request a return within seven days of receipt.
